Works for 23” cinema display

Works like a dream for my Cinema Display I have on a dual monitor arm. Was tricky to find how to remove original stand from monitor, but just use an Allen key to unscrew both sides of the mount then attach new VESA plate.

Reviewing now since I came back to buy a second one 4 years later!

I've used this adapter together with a couple of different monitor arms (including the Amazon Basics lift engine arm and the cheap $30 North Bayou arm) since 2018 and it works perfectly. There has been no damage to the mounting point on my monitor and the rubber trim prevents the adapter from scratching the back of the monitor. With the mount installed, there's very little play between the edges of the adapter and the back of the monitor. The included screws are knurled for tool-free installation.

It fits, it works, its great!

I attached my Apple Cinema Display 30” to an Amazon Basics arm using this VESA mount and it works great. There’s a little play between the mount and monitor back but it is still secure. I used the original screws from the back of the monitor because it longer. Highly recommend this mount!
