I was originally going to use this behind my monitor. But, I went an got a 49" ultrawide recently so instead of doing that I mounted this under my desk.

Got the Mac Mini off the desk

The Mac Mini is a small system but there is really no reason to have it on the desk taking up space and collecting dust. This mount from HumanCentric allows me to get the Mac Mini off the desk and place it behind my monitor using the VESA connections there. I removed the existing monitor from the arm that it was installed to, put this mount in place between the monitor and arm, and now the Mac Mini is off the desk and out of the way. This is a very solid mount, and the Mac Mini is held tightly in place.

Unique Combination

This stand is designed best for someone using a Mac Mini and a VESA monitor. I used it on my extendable table stand and was able to hide the Mac and secure the monitor in one assembly. If this is your need the HumanCentric stand fits the bill perfectly. You'll need to provide a desk stand/pole to secure the Mac and monitor assembly to your workstation. Purpose is to consolidate desk space and cable clutter which with my stand mount worked perfectly. Manufacturer does sell a separate stand if needed. Decent solution but somewhat incomplete by itself.
