We needed to figure out how to place our new cable box next to a wall-mounted TV. A shelf would have stuck out from the wall too much, so we decided to go with this wall mount and I'm so glad we did. It's easy to install, and didn't have a lot of complicated bits and pieces. Screw in the mount, use the velcro straps to hold the mounting plate to the cable box, then slide on to the wall mount. Perfect.

This product help create the space I needed on my desk, but still allowed full access to the PC for USB and connections to the front and back.

It works but does I have to hold the dvd player every time we use it. Tried tightening it several times but the player slips around
