This adapter allows you to VESA mount ONLY the following Apple iMacs and displays (does NOT work on all models):

This is NOT a clone of the Apple-designed bracket - it has been completely re-designed (patent pending) to eliminate the hole alignment problems with the original Apple model.

**NOT ALL MODELS ARE COMPATIBLE, check yours carefully!** This adapter bracket only works with models that have a removable stand. There are many helpful "remove iMac stand" videos online which show you how to check if your stand is removable.

VESA display adapter does the job.

I had an Apple Thunderbolt Display on a stand that I wanted to connect to an adjustable arm to correct for ergonomic problems. The HumanCentric adapter came with very clear instructions and tools required for removal of the Apple display stand. I was able to install the adapter and mount the display on arm without much difficulty.

Works as promised — worrisome screws

So far so good. However, the monitor h_e_a_v_y, so it'd be nice to have a third or even fourth screw connecting the larger mount to the smaller adaptor.
